About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants (NAs) to support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you’ll work closely with nurses and clinical staff to assist patients with daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout their care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting)

  • Support patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration)

  • Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed

  • Make beds and help maintain a clean, safe environment

  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

  • Follow care plans and report to supervising nurses or healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program

  • Active NA certification (as required by state)

  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred)

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
