About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our healthcare team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on care and support to patients under the supervision of nurses and medical staff. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)

Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)

Collect specimens for lab tests as directed

Perform EKGs and other basic diagnostic procedures
-
Support nurses with medical procedures and patient care tasks

Respond to patient calls and ensure their comfort and safety

Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and equipment

Document patient information accurately in medical records
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Completion of an approved Patient Care Technician training program
-
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or PCT certification (preferred or required based on state)

BLS/CPR certification
-
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
