About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our healthcare team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on care and support to patients under the supervision of nurses and medical staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)

  • Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)

  • Collect specimens for lab tests as directed

  • Perform EKGs and other basic diagnostic procedures

  • Support nurses with medical procedures and patient care tasks

  • Respond to patient calls and ensure their comfort and safety

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and equipment

  • Document patient information accurately in medical records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Completion of an approved Patient Care Technician training program

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or PCT certification (preferred or required based on state)

  • BLS/CPR certification

  • Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
