About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will assist clients with their daily living activities and help maintain their independence in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Assist with mobility and transfers

Prepare and serve meals, including assistance with feeding when needed

Monitor vital signs and report any health changes

Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, room tidying)

Offer emotional support and companionship

Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate records

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:

Valid HHA certification (state-specific)
-
CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Previous experience as an HHA or in a similar caregiving role
-
Ability to lift/move clients as needed

Strong communication and time-management skills
-
